Sears Appliance Repair

He didn’t even look at the refrigerator just asked what was wrong and said it couldn’t be a leak since it was still keeping cool despite the chemical smell and taste we’ve been experiencing for a month at least. Clean it and get baking soda is what I paid $140.00 dollars for. The two stars is because he was on time and pleasant.

Frank was knowledgeable and friendly. He was patient to explain the repair need to me. He communicated his arrival well and arrived when he said he would.

Our refrigerator/freezer went out last weekend. I was able to get an appointment for Monday (good customer service on the phone). Jeffrey came out on Monday , diagnosed and set the appointment for today. He was courteous and professional at all times. For neither appointment did I receive a call the night before, and today I did not receive a text either. I called Jeffrey to confirm time since I was completely unable to get through the AI on the phone or website for Sears Home Services. Jeffrey was exemplary. The communication about the appointments was not.

My family is so grateful by how fast Sears were able to send Dave out to inspect and repair our refrigerator. The entire process, including ordering a new fan, only took 4 days! Dave left a couple of hours ago and now we are ready to host for Christmas!

Very professional the best you've ever sent to my residence. Very knowledgeable carried herself like a true gentleman. I've risked them over time.
