KP Drains

I can’t say enough good things about Mike and Jake at KP Drains. They came out during a snowstorm to identify and resolve some plumbing issues I was having, which alone says a lot about their dedication. From start to finish, they went above and beyond with clear, consistent communication and made sure everything was fully taken care of. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right. I’m so grateful for their help and would highly recommend KP Drains to anyone in need of plumbing services.

My basement toilet and shower were not draining and we started to see puddles of water, as well as some water under the vinyl flooring. Then we noticed water puddles around the toilet as well. So we thought the main drain was probably clogged. We called KP Drains in the morning at around 8 am, they got back to me in about 15 min, and told me they could get someone in between 11 - 1 pm. I waited and called back and they told me that someone canceled and there can be someone there soon. Mike came in and inspected the issues and found that our hypothesis was correct. He was respectful and diligent to clear out everything from the clog using a snake including cleaning up the roots. Mike also recommended just checking again next year to see how fast the roots grow back. We really appreciated

I hired KP Drains to clear a kitchen sink clog. While they cleared that line, their work immediately caused a secondary, severe backup in my bathroom—a problem that did not exist before they arrived. Instead of taking responsibility for the shifted blockage, the technician told me he couldn't fix it and advised me to hire an outside plumber. I followed his advice and had to pay a local Watertown plumber $300 in cash for an emergency visit to fix the mess KP Drains left behind. When I reached out to discuss a fair adjustment to the $215 invoice, the office was aggressive, threatened me with collections, and made up details about the second plumber’s work that I never even provided. They are refusing to acknowledge the clear link between their work and the immediate secondary failure. Ext

Brandon did an awesome job cleaning up our one kitchen sink and 4 bathroom sink drains, he is super professional and informative in answering all the questions I had, it’s a great pleasure working with him. Highly recommend!
