We called the after hours service number and got a response right away. We didn’t have any water so they put us on the schedule first thing the next morning. The KP Ventures rep that fixed our well motor control box was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He had a new control box on the truck, no need to get parts and come back. Then he handled everything with our home warranty company. It was a great experience and we will definitely call them in the future for our well pump needs.

My well water went off and I called and asked if they would help me. They said someone would call me back that could answer more questions that I had. Devin called and I explained the sound that I heard and he said he would be out in 30 minutes. He showed up. He checked somethings and he knew exactly what it was. He had the part to replace the item that was broken and I had water back running in 30 minutes. He explained everything that he did and I appreciated that. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!! GREAT JOB and I APPRECIATE YOU!!!! It is nice to know that you can count on KP Ventures in an emergency.

KP Ventures came out quickly and was even able to come out the next day to replace the part we needed since they already had it at their warehouse. The two gentleman, devin and Frank,that came out were very polite and friendly, answered any questions, and quickly swapped out the parts. Would definitely recommend them, we’ve been using them for years for our well maintenance.

Frank W. and Billy H. were phenomenal. I have never been so impressed with a contractor in my life. We were in a pinch, they had an emergency repair creep up prior to our job, but they quickly resolved it and fit me in the schedule and communicated very well as to what was going on. They were on time, every time. Explained the issues and solutions clearly. Our previous well contractor couldn’t get us back up and running after 2 months on the job. Within 26 hours, Frank and Billy had us not only pumping water from our well, but were able to drop our pump another 63’ so we won’t have water issues for a long while! Oh and the final price was better than expected. The quote was a little on the high end, but accounting for labor and some unknowns of our well, they wanted to give us an honest q
