Even during an impending Hurricane, KPI staff was extremely informative and fast in their work. They were working two days before the storm and the week following they returned to work. Their employees are knowledgeable, skilled and make you feel well taken care of!

KPI (Bill Stark IV) has a great team that posses top of the line ethics. The rebuild of our state of the art church kitchen ($500,000.00 +) was an awesome task that was made pleasurable by the KPI team. As project manager, they made me look good.

KPI has been doing projects for our company for several years now. From mechanical to civil, designing, electrical, plumbing, etc., every project has exceeded our expectations, met our time frames, and been on budget. No matter the scope of the project, from small miscellaneous jobs, to major dock work, piping, civil work, or building a new office, everything has been top notch. The staff is very knowledgeable, informative, respectful, and is great to work with.

Had them come out to look at my bathroom to get an estimate. It's been a month. I've called 5 times and was assured they would get back to me each time. Except the final time they immediately hung up after answering the call
