I called on KPM to renovate a dingy laundry room. Jim was easy to work with and prompt. Not only did he let me share my vision for the project (white and bright!) But also worked within my budget. A great company to work with. I recommend KPM to all my friends who need home improvement done right... the first time!

When KPM inspected my roof, Jim found hail damage and helped me deal with the insurance company. They agreed with KPM’s findings and paid most of the costs associated with getting a new roof. His team was so efficient! I left for work one day and came home to a new roof. Couldn’t believe how quickly it all happened. Great company to work with. Highly recommend!

When KPM inspected my roof (by actually going up there and seeing it first hand), Jim identified some potential for underlying sub roof issues and water damage. He took the time to explain the work that would be done, provided me with a number of options for shingles and soffits, and quoted very reasonable prices. The roofing team was very professional, the work was of high quality and the roof was replaced quickly, in two days as planned. Jim kept me informed regarding the water damage they did find (which was not as bad as expected) and the applicable repairs. Great service, reasonable pricing, good communications! The team also did a tremendous job cleaning up the site before they left. I would recommend KPM Home Improvement to all my Northern VA friends.

KPM did a great job on our roof replacement, including replacement of most of the plywood at our request and install of 50-year shingles. The cost of the job was very reasonable, and much less than other bids. And they were able to do the whole job without disturbing the existing gutters. Good cleanup afterwards. Job was completed in two days, as promised.

I've contacted KPM by my neighbor recommendation and glad I did. Their estimates were fair and matched to my expectations. Delivery was fast, and they've finished roof replacement in one day. Team was professional and friendly. They left the space clean after job was done.
