We had an urgent issue at one of our homes, and Kelvin from KR Exteriors came out the same day! He was professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job. His pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. It’s not easy to find contractors who are this responsive and trustworthy—highly recommend KR Exteriors!

KR Exteriors completed our pressure treated fence and our stamp concrete patio. I Highly recommend them, the team is very friendly and worked efficiently. They were awesome, thank you KR exterior for my new fence and patio!

NOT TO BE TRUSTED with any medium to large projects. We signed contracts for a portico project April 2025 and a garage addition May, 2025. At the time I was told the portico construction could start in August and the garage in September. It is now October 2025 and NEITHER project started: portico is still pending county approval, and garage plan was NOT COMPLETED and consequently NOT READY TO BE SUBMITTED to the county. Their outsourced engineer couldn't care less about finishing the plan and now it's just a blame game between Kelvin and the engineer. No end in sight. Kelvin was proactive during the sales-pitch but became very difficult to reach via text or email once the contracts were signed. Transforming the old shed area was long a project put aside, largely out of sight and out of mind. However the poor water drainage, resultant mud and sparse turf, and an aging gate/fence/garage side entrance stairway called for action. Hence the weeklong project below. A fantastic team had to deal with heavy clay soil, further bound together by the unrelenting and thick root system of a neighbor’s crape myrtle that had to be cut back and removed. The paver walkway was something we added on to beautify the yard side entrance. We are very pleased!

KR Exteriors and Kelvin in particular were great to work with! We had them install a temporary construction driveway for our new build house and will definitely be hiring them again to complete the project down the line. They were professional, explained everything and made sure we knew exactly what we were paying for, and did it all for a great price. They got the job done in a few hours and we were very happy with the work. Kelvin made sure it met our expectations and followed up with us to ensure we were satisfied. All in all, they are an honest company who does great work and we look forward to using them in the future!
