After attempting to make an appointment with the company that installed my roof...and has repaired it several times...and was given the runaround, I contacted K&R. I absolutely could not be happier! The whole experience has restored my faith in customer service. I was kept informed regarding my appointment and they even contacted me when they had a cancellation and could move me to an earlier date and time. Robert, the roofing specialist dispatched, was awesome! He was informative, professional, thorough and personable. Again, I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely recommend K&R to anyone I know in need of roofing services. Keep up the good work!
FAST Friendly service. Filled out their simple online request form & had a guy on our roof in under 36 hours giving us a quote. He said he could do it the next day but it was only a few days before Christmas so we opted to wait until a few days after. Showed up early & got the job done quickly. We will be using them for all of our roofing needs going forward!!
My experience with K&R Roofmasters, Inc. was outstanding. Mr. Robert Wood was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was respectful and a small but sometimes overlooked thing, he covered his shoes when entering our home. On two separate occasions, Robert from K&R has come out to my house to inspect issues I was having. Neither of the issues ended up being the roof, but he took the time show me the problem and tell me how to fix it. He was professional, honest and extremely helpful. If you're looking to have some roof work done, K&R RoofMasters is the place to call. They will always be my first call anytime I have an roof problem.
Robert did an absolutely outstanding job. They replaced my roof and installed two velux roof windows. He worked closely with us through the entire process. They were very organized and the workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend K&R RoofMasters!
