These guys did a good job of taking on a move that turned out to be bigger than expected. They did need some prompting on our part to keep them going. And we wouldn’t recommend them for moving pianos. They made some mistakes in reassembling our grand piano and it took a knowledgeable piano technician to figure out what was wrong and how to fix it.

Kraft moving is fast efficient and just great people to work with. Erica is phenomenal! Thank you for a great experience with such a difficult task!

Their quotes have been competitive, if not much better than others, the scheduling has been great - no long delays. Their communication has been excellent as well. Moving is one of the most stressful experiences, but Kraft Moving made it go much better than I thought possible. We had a horrible experience with Two Men and a Truck and were at a loss as to how we were going to make our out-of-state move work. We called Kraft Moving for an estimate and Mr. Kraft was immediately so helpful and accommodating. He didn't nickel and dime us at all and helped us streamline the logistics a lot. Kraft Moving and Storage is by far the best moving company I ever worked with. John Kraft and his crew are second to none. I was pleasantly surprised at how his crew took care of my wife. She had accidentally left some medicine in a box. The box was already loaded in the trailer towards the front, the trailer was almost full. When my wife realize what she had done she had mentioned it to me. One of the crew overheard her and asked where her medicine was. She said it was in a white box. Everyone stopped moving. Without hesitation Kraft Moving and Storage crew unloaded the trailer and gave her her medicine in the white box. They smiled when they gave it to her.
