You start off the process with Jared who walks you through the step-by-step‘s of how they operate and he makes sure that Kraftsmen and you are a good fit. It’s a very detailed approach and is very informative regardless if you stick with them for the project or not. Once we signed the contract to start work, we met with Jared and his interior designer Marcy who helped us pick out materials and design the layout of our kitchen based on an image we had found on the Internet. Jared and his team completed our kitchen in a timely and professional manner. We had planned on doing a smaller renovation, but when they showed us their excellent design for the space we decided to do the whole kitchen. They made our small kitchen look very high end and spacious. We loved the design and were delighted with the process and finished product. It more than met our expectations. The quality of the cabinetry and countertops is superb. We have received many compliments on our newly renovated kitchen and would highly recommend Kraftsmen for any renovation project.

We've worked on several projects with Jared and his crew and we have recommended him time and time again to family, friends and colleagues.  From the get-go, Jared was a joy to work with. His demeanor is genuine and he takes pride in his work. His creativity and ability to bring your ideas and his recommendations to fruition is truly awe-inspiring. Our project was a difficult one because it was a total remodel down to the concrete. Be sure to get a lawyer engaged, because that's what you'll need if you do business with Jared. I filed suit and won my case, so that should tell you the type of contractor this is. Extremely poor experience working with Kraftsmen, to the point we had to fire them and have retained legal representation as well as file complaints with the State. Completely mismanaged our renovation project, didn’t communicate at all with their subcontractors, asked for payment before milestones were complete, didn’t provide any detailed layout or designs on where lights/electrical was going to be. Didn't go against the scope list of our contract and architecture design and treated things like changes when they were already detailed out in our contract. Jared and Julie Duff helped us with our remodeling project from start to finish and were always available when we needed them. The project completed on our home was done in a timely fashion and each of our design requests were met. My home was left the way it was found each day and I never had to worry about cleaning up a mess. I would definitely hire the team at Kitchen Kraftsmen for any future renovations needed in my home.
