Juan and Dom from Kramer and Sons did a wonderful job in replacing a new water heater as the existing one leaked water at the bottom. They were very professional, arrived on time and cleaned up everything when they are done. Everything is working well since the new installation. Juan was very patient to show me how to maintain it if the water heater is not operating normally. Prior to the works, Seth communicated and responded to some questions I have quickly. He also worked with HomeServe to get the issue addressed by charging what is mandatory for the services and willingness to go through with the product warranty. With HomeServe water heater coverage, I didn’t have to pay any out of pocket so far. I called HomeServe to get Kramer and Sons out for second option after my first diagnostic

These guys are great. Easy to schedule with, very responsive and good communication, and the crew doing the work was efficient and cleaned up so that I never knew they were there. They did not try to overcharge or add in any extras that I didn’t need. Absolutely will call them again for service.

Rene was a wonderful technician. Quick, efficient, and found the problem straight away. He and his partner also made note of a plumbing fitting issue near the water heater that had it not been caught, and the fitting failed, our basement would have flooded. Will definitely call them again if we need water heater work! :)

Juan was very professional and with the temperature at 17 degrees, he found the clean out under the snow and ice to snake the line. He saw water sitting inside the pipe, he snaked out to the street and pulled out some hard tape or thin rope like from the drain.
