Neil Taveras from Kraus was excellent. He reached out to schedule an appointment the same day I contact him and was available to come to our home for a free assessment of damages within 24 hours. Neil was warm, professional, a great communicator, and thorough. He explained his process each step of the way and answered all of my questions. When it came time to file a claim with insurance, he took the lead and handled most of the call, which was a huge relief. I truly felt I was in good hands. AMAZING! In sub 0 weather, our house had a pipe burst and Neil answered the call by going above and beyond. Not only did this happen over the weekend, but it was Super Bowl Sunday, and he stayed on the line with me for hours reviewing what steps we should take and then stayed on the line and handled opening the insurance claim. We feel so supported through such a high stress process and made everything so much easier. We had the Kraus Restoration service techs, Andrew and Eric, come in to start remediation after a burst pipe in our house. They were very professional and answered all our questions so we understood the clean up process and time involved. Anthony Odessa and his crew were outstanding after a severe flood left my parents’ basement with six inches of water.
