We have been with Lawn Doctor of Bridgewater for 10 years and we have very positive experiences. They always leave us a note when our lawn is under stress and they never miss a treatment. They are very responsible and we are very happy with their services.

Lawn doctor handles my lawn and shrub care. People around my neighborhood alway’s remark how beautiful my grass looks And since lawn care has been caring for my trees and shrubs. I haven’t had to replace the shrubs or tress because of disease or drought. I been using lawn doctor for about 5 years

After having a few questions about some brown spots in my lawn, Chris the manager from Lawn Doctor came out an hour later to come take a look so he could address the issue immediately. They do a great job, but Chris’s service went above and beyond.

I had a deeply disappointing and disturbing experience with Lawn Doctor. They claimed to have completed the full treatment on my property, but upon inspection, it was obvious only half the work was done. When I contacted them to address the issue, I was met with blatant disrespect, misogynistic behavior, and harassment. Their tone was not only rude but aggressive enough that I had to contact the police and file a report for my safety and peace of mind. As a woman, I felt completely bullied, intimidated, and disregarded. It was clear that customer service and accountability mean nothing to them if you're not a man. We’ve always had a good experience with Lawn Doctor, our lawn always looks great and they always come out when promised and if any touch ups need to be done. Update 12/22/2022-We continue to have a good experience with Lawn Doctor, our lawn looked great yet again for the 2022 season and I've just renewed for the 2023 season. Our lawn has never looked as good as it has since we've hired Lawn Doctor. If I have any issues, I just call them up and they are usually out the next day to address them, and so far I've had very few issues other than a missed treatment because I forgot to open my gate.
