⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service and Compassionate Team! KRB Construction truly went above and beyond when helping my grandma’s house after it was flooded during the last season. None of us realized how much hidden mold had built up inside the walls and rooms, but Karl and his crew came fully prepared with the right equipment and expertise. They carefully tore down the damaged areas, sealed off the water entry points, and made sure every bit of mold and moisture was removed. Within just three weeks, the house was completely restored — safe, clean, and better than before. Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail really stood out. My name is Greg Davis and I am the owner of GDA Landscaping. I had a client whose entire home was sinking up to 5" from flooding and was in dire straights. I referred Karl knowing he had the skill level and experience to make repairs to such a badly damaged structure. He installed an underground drainage system around the home. His in-house crew was able to lift and level the house perfectly, replaced several sections of footings that were badly damaged, and re-supported the structure. He brought in a geologist and structural engineer and the job was seamless. After several months of working under the home, my clients were very pleased with the job. Karl Brooks has an impeccable talent for finding causes to various water/construction issues not to mentioned a positive approach of problem solving. Karl has excellent time management skills on getting a project completed on time, if not earlier than promised. He makes no excuses and always follows up continuously with all parties involved.
