If I could give less than a one star I would. My staff ordered parts on 9/25/25 for a property I mange. I have had the worst customer service. The owner, Matt, is rude, abrasive and dismissive. I have waited over 20 minutes every time I call and been given the "we will look into it and get back to you" routine every call. I waited two days and I still heard noting back so I called again and got the same answers. This happened weekly. I call get the "we will call you back," waited 2 days and called again. I finally got him again on the line yesterday (11/6/25) and asked for a refund as I still have not gotten them. He said ok I will do it later and call you back, I said no please do it while I am on with you and he became rude again. I still have not received a refund! As someone who deals

I can't say enough good about Krell helping me the same day my furnace broke down. I was desperate to find a part for my oil furnace quickly because of the single digit temperatures causing everything in the house to freeze up. Krell had everything l needed in stock when other suppliers didn't. They even called me back and confirmed that they put hands on everything l requested. I must of contacted 7 or 8 heating contractors that offered 24 hour emergency service that couldn't or wouldn't help me, leaving me to have to fix it on my own. Without Krell l would have had to wait for days and risk frozen water damage and cold temperatures. They are located in Syracuse area in the city, but they are easy to get to and have a parking area for their customers. Thank you Krell!

Very unprofessional. You call them, they say they have something in stock. You waste your time to drive there just to have them say “oh I should have actually checked the shelf because we are actually sold out I just assumed we had them because we usually do”.

Honest and knowledgeable. Didn't try and sell me something I didn't need. I will definitely be back

Very helpful owner, well stocked with parts and plumbing accessories. Saturday hours which you didn't see too often with this type of business. Owner lets you examine equipment before buying.
