There is NO Kris Svelling Custom pools at this address. This lot was empty in 2020. I purchased the empty lot and built a new home on it 2024

Do NOT hire Kris !!! I finally fired him after a year and half. He cannot communicate or handle a schedule, he has lied to me, and he has done poor quality work on the paint and finish on the deck. He even came onto my property and STOLE the pump and filter he had delivered a month before! (After every day saying he was coming to install it.) If you already hired him, make sure you get protection against liens (as he doesn't always pay his subcontractors, and they may have a right to go after YOU!)

Kris Svelling, Custom Pool and Pavers, had his license suspended for 3 years effective yesterday. The charges were misappropriation of funds. This will be registered with the IRC Court. He collected ours as well as other homeowners money and did not pay subcontractors, causing liens to be put on our properties. Verifiable through IRC Building Dept.
