Krista's Porta Johns and Septics LLC

Tried to work with them for commercial grease trap interceptor cleaning over the course of a couple years. Service was awful except they polite on phone. They would never do what they said they would do. No call aheads of arrival, no shows, randomly stop coming on a specified routine schedule. Consistently told us one thing and they would do a completely other. Their prices are about as cheap as it gets but you get what you pay for... Would not recommend them.

Perhaps the worst contractor I have ever had to deal with. They will promise over and over to come out and rarely show up. Do yourself a favor and have anyone else install your septic. Tank floated the first time it rained. They might be able to deliver a porta john but I sure wouldn't call them for anything else. They managed to botch everything they touched and still haven't rectified any of the problems. It's been a year and still can't seem to get anything fixed.

My husband called multiple septic companies and all were book until next week. I called Krista’s as I have before and they went out of their way to help us out -even though they were booked, came onsite same say and helped ASAP. Second time they’ve come to our rescue. They go above and beyond. So grateful! .

Have had septic pumped and recently had drains unclogged. Never an issue and they were very fast to respond and very professional. Highly recommend!
