Brain with his team did not hesitate whatsoever to take care of all my concerns. My windows were swollen/painted shut (1950s original). The Windowman was the easiest contractor I’ve ever had to work with. With all contractors I have used in the past they typically act as if you are inconveniencing them when you point anything out you are not satisfied with. Then they reluctantly take a month or more to correct anything. Not with The Windowman! If you are on the fence about using The Windowman DO NOT HESITATE! They have a waiting period for a reason! I had them replace a very large bay window on the front of our house. The crew was courteous and knowledgeable. The install looked beautiful when done, and I'm a stickler for detail. The window ended up having a small leak due to a piece of trim not being popped in all the way. I called them and they were there within a couple hours to fix it. Great customer service.
