My rating is directly related to customer service. Not the masonry services that they provide. I never had a chance to get any work done by them because Lewis, the person I was in contact with, kept telling me he would send me a quote but never did do it. At first he would reply to my text messages and phone calls and then all of a sudden he just stopped responding at all. Totally ignoring my calls and texts, which doesn't make sense to me because all he had to do was say that he couldn't do it or didn't have time to do it and I would have said "ok, thank you" and moved on. I don't know why people do that! I hate dealing with liars. But just to give him the benefit of the doubt, I decided to call him from a different number and guess what? He answered the phone and once again said he will

If you should need any masonry work KROSS Can get the job done! They are professional and most of all they operate on a level of excellence.

Overall scope of work is poor quality, cracked stones, bad grout after just a few month of completion. Not satisfied!
