Krug & Sons heating and air conditioning

This company did work for me for cac for the Weatherization program and I really appreciate the help but the job was approved and it was not good to me but I’m not an expert or know anything bout duck work so I just trusted the work cause it was supposed to be helpful! Everyone that looks at the work says what a horrible job it is ! Well it’s been a couple years and now it’s already leaking and falling apart and has mold! And I never had a problem before ! So I called my choice warranty to see if I could get help fixing it and they said it wasn’t installed right so they wouldn’t help me ! So I called this company to see if they would please look at it and it took me a while and I called cac also but they finally came out and said that i was normal so I would be careful letting them do work

Shame 0 star unavailable. Buy a unit high $ get help. Need repair wait 65 days plus now. JAKE no call when requested multi times. Told part now back ordered. How long ???? Won't check to see. Secretary does scheduling and bills only "has hard time herself getting responses" not the only one either. Went to warehouse no one there, another gentleman approached same issue no response, excuses ect. I get busy but over 60 days before part is supposedly ordered when initially was told 2 weeks. So Jake didnt order parts for any unit he worked on in the last 60 plus days? Come on. Then don't respond with inquiries, really. I would rethink this decision if I were you. GO ELSEWHERE. They've been installing HVAC systems for our renovations and new builds for a few years and have been awesome every step of the way. Communication, pricing, speed, and back end maintenance calls. Highly recommend.

I bought a new heat pump system from Krug. They did an awesome job. Jake came to my house on a Saturday at 8am when other HVAC companies laughed at me for asking them to come out on a Saturday. My first conversation with Jake on the phone he talked about how awesome side discharge inverter heat pumps for like 20 minutes… I didn’t understand half of what he was saying, but I could tell he was a very honest guy and was super passionate about what he does. They were very flexible with me about the project. I asked if they could tear out the old unit one day and come back the next to install, to allow me time to insulate under the air handler pad in my attic. Arrived same day as I called. Inspected unit found issue with thermostat. Was able to replace/install same day.
