From start to finish, Landan was an absolute professional. He arrived right on time for the estimate, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. Once I scheduled the installation, Landan maintained excellent communication and showed up exactly when promised. This company does it right. Firstly, I want to say that Landan was a joy to work with. He was so kind, transparent, and had everything under control. His entire team showed up ready to work and they were all very respectful of the fact that we were in an office space. A little backstory – we needed carpeting laid + cove base in our office. We went through the entire ordering & installation process with a big box store. Then, at the last moment, that store told us they would no longer be able to install it. We were on a tight deadline to get the spaces done and I called Landan in a panic as one of my neighbors had recommended Krumlauf Floors to me. He came out to assess the project in a timely manner, worked with us on price (we’re a non-profit and he was very understanding and flexible),

5 stars isn’t even enough. Landan Krumlauf and his team did an amazing high quality installation of both LVP and carpet. They installed LVP in the great room and dining room and carpet in 3 bedrooms, an office, and stairs and did it all in two days. This required moving a lot of heavy furniture and even a piano. They ripped out nearly 2000 square feet of carpet then did the install. Highly recommended!
