Right Way Heating & Cooling

2-27-26 Update: Shortly after I posted my original review, I was contacted by Service Manager Blake, who has provided us with excellent service in the past. Although we weren’t able to connect, I truly appreciated his outreach. I ultimately spoke with the owner, Melissa, who was very understanding and sympathetic to our situation. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and apologized more than once for the timing of how our repairs were handled. After speaking with Melissa, and knowing that Blake also made an effort to reach out, I feel much better about the situation. I think this was perhaps just an unfortunate circumstance in timing. We had a new furnace and two 40 gallons water heaters installed yesterday. The crew, Gabe and Brian, were very courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. With all the work they did, there was minimal disruption to my day. (I appreciate very much as I work from home!) They did a great job! I would definitely recommend Right Way and especially Gabe and Brian to our friends and family!

Right Way Heating and Cooling was fantastic. We lost power, which caused an issue with our furnace. I called and explained that we had no heat, and they sent someone out the same day. Matt from Right Way came out, assessed the situation, and immediately fixed the problem. While many companies would try to upsell in that situation, he explained that it was a simple fix and provided a very thorough diagnostic. He completed the repair, and our heat was restored within the hour. I couldn’t recommend Right Way and Matt highly enough. They were fantastic to work with, and I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Gabe and Brian did an awesome job replacing our furnace. They came out same day and got us back up and running! Their pricing was almost half the cost another company quoted us. Super friendly, wore shoe covers in the house, and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this company.

Blake is amazing! I’ve had him out several times for A/C, heating & my hot water tank. He is thorough, expedited my issues & made sure everything was working perfectly! Highly recommend this Company & Blake!
