Bought a couple of Marvin windows through Kruse. Worked with Karston and it was a top notch experience. Got everything nailed perfectly for my install needs - extended sill horns, etc. Communication was good and the experience was easy. Will be coming back for more.

I went in to purchase lumber to make a swing set for my daughter, they offered free delivery. I didn't expect the truck to be at my house less than an hour after purchase. Thank you so much!!

Very disappointed with responsiveness in recent months. Maybe I'm just too particular about my preferences or maybe I'm not one of the bigger, more well-known names in town to get the attention that other builders do. I have no interest in being the next big thing nor am I interested in having a big crew to delegate other tasks to - That is where quality tends to decrease from my experience. I love being the designer AND the installer and my customers appreciate the direct communication as well.
