I would strongly recommend using them for any services they provide. We had damage done to very expensive sheer silhouette blinds and no one wanted to even touch them. The header panels were filled with dust and dirt and fingerprints during the mitigation and demolition process after we had a flood. Their tech Jerome was awesome. He cleaned all of them, cleaned our outdoor cushions, indoor area rugs and also attempted to clean damage done to the leather seats of counterstools. His fine work is going to save us and our insurance company a lot of money not having to replace such expensive blinds. Much thanks to him.

This is the second time I have used Krystal Klean to clean my rug. I don't have a before picture but trust me, it was full of spots and almost looked like a gray background. Excellent work, pleasant people, and worked around my schedule. Highly recommended!!
