We bought a “renovated” home from this company 3 years ago as first time homebuyers, and the place has been an absolute money pit. $2k + in plumbing issues, constant ac/heat issues, finding many corners were cut during the so called renovation, new ductwork, foundation/crawlspace/floor issues estimating THOUSANDS of dollars to repair. Between a conveniently oblivious home inspector, a busy nonchalant realtor, and KSI (the sellers), we were taken for quite the ride our first time buying a home. KSI quickly agreed to our repair addendum and couldn’t even perform quality fixes for some of those items (to the point where we asked them to be redone and not ‘rigged’, or that we’ve had to redo ourselves).
