This fall, I had the pleasure of working with Ambra at KSI to redesign my kitchen and half bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the very beginning, Ambra impressed me with her keen eye for detail and her ability to listen to my needs and preferences. We loved working with Maureen. She took the time to listen to our wants and helped us choose the right cabinets and countertops for our new kitchen. She also redid plans as we changed some of the ideas we originally had. We love our new kitchen.

This is a review of our experience with Ambra. Working with her was an extremely pleasant experience. She was knowledgeable, responsive and hardworking. She came out to our home, made the required measurements for our new master bath, then ordered the cabinets and associated hardware for the job. Everything came in exactly when she stated it would. The cabinets were well packaged and in great condition, which allowed us to complete the entire remodel on schedule. We are currently enjoying the new bathroom look and functionality and would not hesitate at all to recommend her to anyone with a kitchen or bath remodel job. Ambra is truly outstanding!

Terrible experience this time around. The handy man had terrible attention to detail and Ambra the lady handling the job was rude! Installed wrong crown, cut holes for plumbing too large and ruined many areas with wrong cutouts. I purchased functions that couldn’t be installed because the contractor didn’t plan accordingly. Just all around a bad job! I’ll add more photos to this review.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen, and it’s all thanks to Ambra at KSI. From start to finish, her design expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail made the process seamless. Ambra guided us with thoughtful recommendations, always keeping our style and needs in mind, and the end result is simply beautiful. It’s hard to put a price tag on the kind of service she provided — we felt truly taken care of every step of the way. If you’re considering a kitchen renovation, I can’t recommend Ambra highly enough.
