I was recommended to KSI from a friend and I am so happy I followed through with their recommendation. Upon walking into KSI, I was greeted by Alyson and was immediately waited on for help. Alyson was extremely helpful through the entire process from planning, to delivery, and even the last minute details at the end. Her upbeat personality, willingness to help research and problem solving abilities to make sure our bathroom was up to my standards did not go unnoticed. Alyson even helped me research vanity sinks to ensure I received the biggest size possible with my custom depth vanity. Fantastic experience from start to finish. We worked with Brooke to remodel our kitchen. We instantly clicked with Brooke and loved her design style and that made this whole process so much easier. KSI really pays attention to detail and cares about what YOU the consumer wants in your home. Highly recommend using KSI and they will be back to remodel our bathroom in the near future!

I was recommended by a friend to see Brooke Dando. Brooke is a designer at the Hall rd location. She was very knowledgeable, flexible to work with, didn’t cut corners, and all of the other good things. We created a unique spot for me and I couldn’t be happier. (Pics are 98% finished kitchen. I had 2 bathrooms remodeled. I worked with Vanessa Crook who was able to create the fabulous looks of each room and Mark, Tyler, Matt & Mike who made them come to life. This experience was so beyond my last remodel nightmare with another company. It was run with class, respect and complete satisfaction by all who were part of the total job, even including the cabinet, plumbing, tile, and countertop companies. We purchased a 60" slab of quartz countertop for our new bathroom vanity from KSI. We spoke to Alyson in December, and she was the only person who was warm and friendly and didn't seem like I was a bother when I was calling around to various companies. When we were ready to make our purchase in March, she was just as warm and helpful as when we initially spoke, and she worked with us to find the perfect countertop. The KSI showroom is beautiful, and they have a lot of samples and examples for inspiration for whatever project you are working on. Alyson coordinated the whole project, from measurements to installation. It turned out as beautiful as we imagined! We can't wait to use KSI when we are ready to re-do our kitchen.
