The Home Depot

I had just recently relocated to a new apartment and was in need of blinds. I first reached out to Lowe's because it was conveniently located a couple of miles down the road, but I couldn't reach anyone in any department. My next choice, which should have been my first, was Home Depot. From start to finish, the process was seamless. I love the blinds. The installers, Pat & Derek, (from AIS) were excellent; they showed up on time and were in and out within 25 minutes, cleaning up after themselves. What really impressed me was that they didn't measure; they eyeballed everything, and everything is straight - perfectly hung blinds. Another thing that impressed me was that when I offered them a tip, they told me it wasn't necessary. Home Depot has great customer service and great products. Happ

I used to love Home Depot! I have build a few houses with their materials. Spent a few dollars on a nice home toolbox even referred that box to a few people. Knowing Black Friday was coming I asked the Chesterfield Mi team if there was a deal or price drop would I receive a credit for the difference. Was told boldly yes!!! Now I don’t care I spent what I spent on the box. But I happened to be in the store shopping for other things to remodel my bathroom and saw that it went on sale for 200 off. The help desk told me they could help then said they couldn’t and I would definitely receive a credit if I contacted Home Depot.com. Now, again, I now understand that I do not qualify for a refund. However, I was informed more than 5 times on 3 occasions that I could buy knowing there wouldn’t be a

I used to like this store when employees were professional and knowledgeable! I went to order a vertical blinds over 8 weeks ago and according to the sales person the blinds should be available within 3 weeks (didn’t happen)! The blinds were ready to install after 5 weeks of ordering and the surprise was that one of the blinds were wrong size!!!! I had to wait another 3 weeks to install the correct one! The blinds were supposed to be delivered to the store that’s why I was charged extra money, but they still delivered it to my house!!!!! The sales person never went over the quality of the product nor gave any advice, all she did was asking me for colors and materials options!!!! I bought closet and doors from home depot the company. That customize the doors and closet for Home Depot it turned out to be the most garbage company ever my closet were custom. They were all crooked and they took way longer than what they said and the doors were scratch they had to change them two times do not buy any doors or closet doors from Home Depot or Lowe’s those guys suck Home Depot customer service and the garbage company suck really bad Do not waste your time or your money. Go anywhere else but home they wasted a lot of my time and my money never again

We ordered a refrigerator online. The wrong size was delivered. We were credited for the fridge but not the delivery fee. I called the online customer service and was told well it was delivered. So I called Home Depot that delivered the fridge 3 people later and on hold for 50 minutes Dave the manager got on the phone. He complained that we should of came in the store instead of shopping online then acted like he was doing me a great favor crediting me the delivery fee for a fridge that was not delivered that I ordered. Dave never gave me the credit. Had to start all over again. Keep up the good work Home Depot.
