KTM Heating & Cooling

KTM Heating&Cooling is GREAT!!! I hired them to install a new furnace for me. Most of all they are VERY RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE & HONEST. The workers are all very kind. Monica in the office is a Joy and very easy to talk to. OVERALL, KTM CAN BE TRUSTED TO DO A AWESOME JOB AND GIVE YOU A FAIR PRICE!! CALL THEM!!!

Had them install a new furnace 8/3/22. Jan of 23 had issues with the vent going out the roof leaking when it rained and my furnace was wet inside. They came out and told me the boots on top were not tighten and that was the problem. Then told me would be fine now and that my warranty was up. Dec 30th 24 no furnace working again. Had Tony's come out said it was poorly installed venting was not right. They tared around the vent on roof Because it leaked again it shorted out a computer board. Costing me almost 600.00. I had no problem tell them installed the new furnace. Ktm acted like they didn't want to stand behind there work.

My mother needed a new furnace and AC in her house. I shopped around and KTM had the best price. They did a great job, she was very happy with the installation crew. She said they cleaned up so good after they installed the furnace and AC it was cleaner than when they got there. She is the hardest person to satisfy and she was 100% happy - thank you!

My parents recommended KTM to us since they have dealt with them for years. We had our Furnace and A/C installed by them a few years ago. I had made attempts to have maintenence done but never received a call back. Last night our 3 yr old unit started humming and we had to call a different company to come out at 9 pm to look at it. The inducer motor is shot. Not only that the condensate lines were not installed properly and the reason the bottom panel was blowing off constantly was due to the gapping whole left by the installers causing large amounts of pressure in turn blowing the panel off, 3 yrs we have dealt with this. Needless to say my father is livid for ever recommending this company to us. We have found a great company to assist us with this issue and any future issues.
