As a vendor, I have been dealing with PTM for many months. The people that I deal with and interact with are top shelf. They are very kind. In a short time, I feel that we have connected with some of key players in the tooling and tool engineering Departments. They tell us what they need, and we work hard to fulfill their needs. As a traveling sales guy, it's always interesting to see how folks treat me without knowing that I was one of two partners that started our company, and that I'm a journeyman diemaker. My first meeting with these folks was outstanding. I know, smart engineering type folks can sometimes be a bit condescending and aloof. Not with PTM. I was treated with respect even before they knew much about me.
Praying & preaching changed my life
Horrible company. Ordered a Ryzen 5 3600 from them through Walmart, and then cancelled my order for no reason. Stay away from this place 😡😡😡. At least if your going to cancel my order inform me immediately instead of waiting a week. Terrible experience!!!
So thankful to call PTM my home away from home. It's a bit of a drive for me, but worth every bit of it!
