Found this company after researching online and reading reviews. Reviews were great and I went with them. They came out pronto and their pricing was fairly decent. BUT who would have thought they would have used shingles so far off from the color of what's on my roof!!!! I understand the age of my roof but if I was a homebuyer, I would think the house had serious leaking issues...which it had none. I contacted them about the light gray shingles used and was told that's the best match which I find that hard to believe because of all the different color shingles on the market. Not happy with how this looks driving in from the street. They could have almost used black vs light gray!! UGHH!!! Sorry but because of this they will not be recommended by me for roof repairs. Such an awesome experience with James and the KTM team. After having a leak that caused water to enter our closet through a light fixture (oof!), we had a different roofer come out for an estimate, and he told us we needed an entirely new roof! We were aghast as the previous owners had just replaced the entire 6 years ago. We then asked a neighbor/friend who is also (very conveniently!) a contractor. She recommended KTM. We called and James showed up the following Monday. Very easy to schedule over the phone and their front desk person was incredibly kind and professional. James quoted us for a partial replacement of a small area of our roof - cost a fraction of what we would’ve paid with the other guy.
