Kuhn's Lawncare

My wife and I have tried to get them to mow our lawn on multiple occasions and they never showed up as agreed. I called them and I was cordial and understanding. I called him two weeks ago after he no showed or not called again for the third time and stated he was out of town for his other business and was having employee problems. I said I understood and asked if he would still mow because I wanted his business he said he , himself, would personally come between 3:30-4 to come mow my lawn the following week on Wednesday. He never called or showed up again. Since then when we have tried call to get an explanation but they never answer. We have never been rude or short with this business but they seem determined to not follow through with any arrangement they make at least when dealing with

Hired Kuhn's in May to begin mowing our yard twice a month starting the week of June 1. Josh Kuhn's and I emailed several times and spoke on the phone to confirm. On Thursday (June 4) when our yard still had not been mowed, I called again to confirm and Josh told me someone would be here "today or tomorrow." Waited all day Friday and no one arrived. It is now Saturday and our grass is out of control. My interactions with Josh have been positive and I was excited to be using his lawn care service this summer but unfortunately it looks like that will not be the case.

3 times in a 3 week period he did not show up for the times he himself set. Then proceeds to tell me he had guys at my house and they said I had trash and pillows all over it and that he also came to look. Which that's all a flat out exaggerated lie. He also told me when I wanted a clean up he thought its just sticks and leaves lol. Yard clean up means exactly what it says. If you can't handle the job, or be reliable and professional then this is the review you deserve. I will gladly find a business that wants the work and knows what they're doing!

Kuhn's Lawncare fit me into their schedule quickly after I moved, and were really professional and did great work! If you are looking for any kind of lawncare, Kuhn's will take care of you!

They've never called my husband back. He was price checking on a lawn service and left several messages that he wanted to go with this one and....nothing. Radio silence.
