After losing heat during cold weather, Kulacz & Sons Heating and Cooling was a huge relief! Cara was able to get me scheduled right away, and also helped when I needed to switch the time. She was very helpful and friendly. Scott, my technician, was courteous, explained everything clearly, and restored heat efficiently. Excellent experience from start to finish - highly recommend!

They always arrive on time and let you know if they will be late. They are the only ones I have dealt with since I moved here. Price is on high side. I spent $185 last year for a part on my ac unit which thought would have been covered under contract price. But I’ll say one thing - you can’t beat this team of people. They are the BEST around!
