We had our backyard transformed by Vital. From design to completion of the project everything was fantastic. They were amazing. Wonderful service. Always available to answer questions. The work crew were extremely professional. You will not be disappointed with their work. We had an old wooden deck that led to an in-ground pool. We replaced it with a stone patio and outdoor kitchen. A tree was moved and several plants were added. Installation of electric and natural gas for the kitchen and lighting was also completed.

They did an amazing job repairing my Mom’s lawn and sidewalk after repair to underground pipe. Crew came out and in a few hours repaired lawn, removed bushes, laid down more gravel, removed tree roots, and repaired sidewalk. Things look absolutely great! Great to work with and would recommend for lawn care services and repair.

We had a paver patio installed in our backyard and everyone at Vital was extremely great to do business with from Michelle in the office, to Dawayne in scoping and quoting the project, and the team that performed the installation. The installation team was great. They removed a poured concrete patio, graded and prepped the patio, and installed all in the matter of about 3 days. They also didn't mind my toddler acting as a project supervisor, watching them work, giving him smiles and waves. Dawayne stopped by a couple times to check in on progress, and checked in with me on the last day as they wrapped up. I appreciated the contact about timing for the project to start and to confirm the materials & designed we wanted before work began. The project came in on budget, on time, not much mor

Apsoulutly the worst I saw today. They were doing a hotel in Bradley shooting grass, rock and dirt everywhere. I was standing outside and they didn't even shut there blades off on the drive and gravel. My car is full of dirt and grass and even has a scratch on it from them... The sidewalk is full of grass and dirt in front of the cars. They seen people out there and kept going like they didn't care . HORRIBLE
