Jason explained the procedure well in my initial phone call. He arrived to my appointment on time and was very thorough in inspecting my apartment for mold and explaining where possible problems may be found. He took an air sample inside and outside and I was relieved to find out from the lab report that I did not have a problem. Jason was very pleasant and I appreciated his honesty in telling me one air sample would be adequate for my small space instead of two. I would be happy to recommend Jason and Kurgan LLC.

Jason and Kurgan were extremely helpful and reassuring during the process of mold remediation in our new home. We had just bought a house and had some mold issues in the basement. We had run some air quality tests that showed elevated levels of particular molds in that area. Jason walked us through the process of how the results are acquired, tested, and then explained the results to us in a way that turned industry jargon into plain English which allowed us to make educated decisions as homeowners. He was very responsive in every phone call, text, and message including with our realtor. He also provided updates during remediation along the way and provided evidence of his work. I would highly recommend his work to anyone in the market for this type of work.

I highly recommend Kurgan. We had a dishwasher leak that flooded our kitchen floor and went into our basement as well. We caught the leak within an hour of when it started, and fortunately, the breakfast area, hallway, and half-bath (which all shared the same LVP flooring) were not affected. I first called ServPro, and without even sending someone out, they told me that ALL of the flooring would have to be replaced, even in the areas that were never wet and that were nowhere close to the leak. Since we didn't want to file this with insurance, I decided to call elsewhere, and I'm glad I called called Kurgan! Kurgan set up blower fans in our kitchen and basement and then came back a few days later to moisture-test the affected area. Jason did the testing, and it turned out that only 7 plank
