Bought a house with a brand new 50 year roof. The following winter I noticed water leaks in the ceiling. It was a shock to experience the leaky roof with how great it looked when we purchased the house. KVN Construction was recommended to us. KVN general manager, Kirill, was out the same day to check for the water leaks. It turned out the 50 year roof had been installed on many worn out layers of roofing. Kirill and his team removed and replaced the roof. We dreaded having to reroof the house at that time. Kirill managed the project masterfully and the job was done right with our budget in mind.
