KW Restoration

KW Restoration came out to inspect for a water leak and damage in my house. They were punctual and communicated very well. They were respectful of my property and asked permission before moving to different areas in my home and left everything clean and in order. They gave a thorough inspection and demonstrated that they knew how a house should be built and where problems can occur and how the leak and damage should look. I was completely satisfied with their assessment and impressed with their expertise and how they treated me as a customer. I strongly recommend KW Restoration and will use them every time I have a need for their services.

This is the type of business you probably don't give much thought to on a daily basis, but when things get bad and you're suddenly faced with rainwater flooding into your basement in the middle of the night, KW Restoration is who you want to call!! They answered the phone and listened to my concerns and Ben called me back to let me know when I could expect him and his coworker, Jared, to arrive. They arrived when they said they would and assessed the situation and got right to work and explained everything. They really put my mind at ease that it was being taken care of. They followed up regularly (it was a holiday weekend) and came back to remove their fans and dehumidifiers when they said they would. Nate from KW provided great service and communication for a wall close in project. Started and finished the job on schedule and reacted quickly to the need to buy more paint to complete the job. I will use them again.

In the middle of the night our basement window well filled and burst, flooding the entire basement. Jared and Ben from KW Restoration showed up at 3am and immediately got to work. They were fast, efficient, and professional, drying everything out and preventing further damage. What really stood out was how caring they were, it never felt like they were just trying to rack up a bill, but instead truly wanted to help us through a stressful situation. I hired Jared from KW Restoration to remove from old drywall from my garage .He did an excellent job ! Jared is a real Professional ! Also - Jared is very kind , caring Contractor and very respectful ! I will definitely hire him again if I need something that needs to be fixed !
