I can’t speak for anyone that has used the service during the weekends. During my stay in DTLA on a weekday(3 days), i paid the exact price as the sign advertised. And it being in the heart of DT it was a perfect spot to park just note; The road going in is a one way so plan the route accordingly.

They now started catering to people with more money and reserved the whole 2nd floor now you have to park even higher and there are less parking spaces the reserved spots are usually empty it's a waste this place used to be good but now they got ridiculous. I wouldn't be surprised if they reserved the whole third floor next year as well.

Overpriced overnight parking $30, no in/out so each day costs $30 even if the daily is $15
