L A Development

My initial experience with Ryan and LA Development was very positive. He provided a 3D landscape design, was competitively priced, and his team worked quickly and open to feedback throughout the building process. Initially, we were thrilled with the aesthetics of our backyard with fake grass, travertine pavers, gas fire pit, BBQ area with gas grill and smoker, pergola, basketball court, and putting green. Additionally, he told me they would come out once a quarter for two years to check on things. Unfortunately, things started to go south shortly after installation. Several plants died since the irrigation system was not functioning efficiently. At first, they were responsive, replaced plants, and claimed to fix the system. However, a few weeks later, some of the same plants died again.

Do NOT hire Ryan to do work at your home!!! He is great at design but his workmanship is horrible! He hires day workers to do landscaping, lighting, tile work, hardscapes, electrical and more. They have no idea what they are doing and screw up most everything! Ryan communicates very well early on but once the project is half done, he refused to return my calls. Our project took about 9 months to "complete" and in the 2 years since giving Ryan our final payment, countless issues have come up and he will not return my calls! If you hire Ryan you will be sorry! It has and will continue to cost me tens of thousands to fix his terrible work!

He owes a lot of suppliers money and doesn’t want to answer the phone. He has stolen money from so many people. Never have him do work for you. He is a thief and con artist. He hurt our family owned business don’t let him do the same to you

Horrible work done by these people! Stanley Wyatt is working for them and he kept smoking by an open window, and did not listen to me when i asked him to stop. I will never use this company again thank you Stanley Wyatt for loosing our business.

He doesn’t pay his suppliers and it’s lie after lie. He owes us over $16k on materials he bought. Doesn’t want to answer the phone anymore. He is a con artist
