Got rekey of my home lock two months ago. Two keys broke out, caused by deepest cut on weakest section in the middle of the key. Requested tech to address this issue, he said he can do nothing about it.Disappointment on follow up request

I would like to say thank you for the excellent service and timely response. I’m in the alarm, camera and audio/video business, but do minimal access control. As my morning started, I was driving to the job site , knowing that I had electric door strikes to cut in, along with changing the existing hardware. I decided this is a job for a locksmith. I spoke with Jeff, who gave me great customer service and communicated very well. Jeff assured me that all my needs would be taken care of. Jeff had a technician by the name of Rich come out to do the install within 2 hours of my call with him. I was extremely happy with the service , quality and professionalis

Needed a new key cylinder for a door. Had called a few other places and they all told me that it’s a special part and had to be special ordered if available. I called LI locksmith and talked to Eric and he told me to come on down and he might be able to get it rekeyed for me. Went down and within 10 minutes he had me all set and taken care of. Saved me from having to buy a whole new cylinder too. Really friendly and excellent service. Highly recommend.

Rip off company. Don’t recommend it. Lockers are reasonable but charge us per hour drive to your house. They may say 30 minutes but it’s always 1:30 away. We never know where they really are. They can be in their trucks until 1:30 hours passes to get to you.
