WORST. Did a hack job for my friend.. put putty ( a bandaid ) over something and my husband the professional plumber that he IS fixed the problem. Now they are trying to charge her $400 To put putty on something. LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. they are threatening her… What a joke this place is… DO NOT RECOMMEND

Unreliable. After numerous phone calls and two days later, the owner finally made an appointment to come check my boiler. Didn’t give me any information about fees nor did he show up at the appointment time. He had another plumber call me an hour after the appointment time, who could not tell anything about services or fees. The owner texted my address to this person , who informed me that he only worked for “big companies”, I guess homes aren’t in his scope for business. Unprofessional and unreliable 200%

Twice in the last 3 weeks had an issue with our Navien Heat/Hot Water combo boiler and Giorgi Plumbing had some one out to our house with in a few hours. Today after their plumber went through our 15 year old navien it was determined the old one was not worth trying to fix. They got another plumber out with a brand new unit and had it installed in just a few hours. They provided a very prompt, professional, and courteous service. I would highly recommend them!

I used LJ Giorgi for and emergency boiler replacement. They came right out, the price was reasonable, and installed it the next morning. I also had them replace a water heater in my parents home. They are responsive and get the job done neatly and quickly.

Called and spoke to the answering service during the day. Was told a technician would call me shortly. I had to call back two more times before I finally received a call back. Technician told me they would be there by 10am the next day. No one ever showed up. Called the business again and receptionist told me they are told to tell customers a technician will call back. Stay clear of this company....the worst for customer service. Can't rate the quality of their work as they never showed up to perform work.
