I had a terrible experience with one of your drivers today. While getting onto the bypass, your employee was driving aggressively, tailgating me while road conditions were already bad. The roads were slick and unsafe, and instead of driving responsibly, they chose to ride my bumper and put both of us at risk. This kind of reckless behavior is unacceptable and extremely dangerous. I hope this gets addressed before someone gets seriously hurt.

Cole arrived at the time we were given and did a great job installing our ceiling fan. He was friendly and even made friends with our crazy Golden Retriever!

Showed up on time, very polite and professional. When Al was all done he explained everything to me as to what he did etc...Very pleased with the work. Thanks Al!!

I tried to use this business, TWICE, 2 different times in 2 different years and each time I was told they could do some work for me, but they called me back a MONTH later and said "We can't help you." No communication, no responsibility, no professionalism! I don't know how they stay in business? This would have been a job for several thousand dollars, both times! I will leave it at that.

Charged $125+ just to check power issue and said to call NIPSCO
