L & M Nicholson Heating & Air

A few weeks ago these guys came over and fixed my dual fuel system and did the correct repairs that other companies had not. (And cost me a lot) Yesterday, late afternoon, we discovered my mom's HVHC system had an issue. Called them and they came out today. Not only did they fix the issue, they also discovered a gas leak. (Which PNC kept insisting didn't exist.) They were kind enough to fix that issue but no charge. You couldn't have made a 92-year-old woman more happy than that.

After a 13 hour drive from a family vacation in Florida back to Snow Camp, came in with no air. We changed the thermostat ourselves and couldn't get AC to click on. Called L & M at 7 AM first thing this morning after calling two other HVAC companies. Erica in the office gave me an accurate ETA technician 10-12. Sam showed up at 11 and was very professional and friendly. Wasn't here a hour and had our AC back on. I would recommend L&M and will call them for future HVAC work in Snow Camp! Props to Sam today! 😁

The absolute best hvac company…really, one of the best businesses I’ve ever interacted with. They are incredible responsive, reliable, and extremely competent. Having an A/c break in the middle of the summer with guests in town seems like only a tiny inconvenience with L and M. Thank you for being great at your job!!

We have been using this company for over 20 years. They are the best. The employees are all very courteous and do a very thorough job and communicate well when serving our unit. We wouldn't use anyone other than them.

We have used L&M since 2017 and have never been disappointed. Today, Sam was sent to our home to address our A/C system. He was the most pleasant and polite young man. He explained everything that he did to get the unit working again. We highly recommend this company! Thank you for the prompt and courteous service!
