Luke was an absolute lifesaver!! When no one else was able to come out because of the weather and we had no heat, he showed up and took care of everything. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the parts and solution, which I really appreciated. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left and was so kind and easy to work with. I can’t recommend Luke enough!! Do not hesitate to call him!!!

The Menco HVAC team did an excellent job replacing both the upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems. They replace both sets of condensing units and air handlers as well as all of the ductwork for an excellent price. They were prompt and arrived when they promised. They completed the work in a good time schedule that worked perfectly for us. They also installed new thermostats through which we can monitor and change the temperature inside and outside of the house on each level from our phones while at home or away. Luke was great to work with. He showed up the same day we called, was professional, and very thorough in diagnosing and fixing our A/C. He explained everything clearly and was respectful in our home. It was clear he has strong moral standards, which gave me confidence in him and his work. He also followed up afterward to make sure everything was working right, which we really appreciated. While looking for a thermostat I at a local home improvement store, when just by chance I happened to meet a family member of Luke's who gave me his information. After two weeks of trial and error I finally broke down and texted Luke. This was on a Thursday midday asking for help not knowing when I would get my system up and running again. To my surprise, Luke's response was how about 9:00 tomorrow morning? I was surprised to say the least, the next day...... really? Just as he said, Luke was there, ran a complete system diagnostic and found the problem, turns out it wasn't the thermostat at all but a low short.
