I purchased new windows for my C-152. When they arrived the windshield was cracked. LP asked if I had inspected the windows while the driver was present. I had not as they were left in my driveway. The only thing LP would do was send me another windshield at almost the same cost as the first one. This is the last time I do business with them and do not recommend them because of this.

Our shop has dealt with LP Aero Plastics for years, installing windows and windshields in a variety of different makes and models. The product quality and fit were always satisfactory, requiring very little trimming.

I recently had an experience with a replacement window for a Bellanca 17-31 ATC. The initial fabrication was problematic. LP Plastics subsequently provided a replication of the original window. with an end product was precise in every way. During the process, LP Plastics proved to be courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient in every way. How could one ask for more?

Sent me a windshield that was warped along the doorpost causing it to squeak as it will not fully seat. It also had to much trimmed away by the supplier so there is a hole in the windshield where it meets the leading edge that cannot be covered by the trim piece. Sent numerous pictures. When they finally responded they said there was "no defect". Unbelievable. Stay away from these people and Aircraft Spruce their vendor.

Bought a trim piece for my 55 Bonanza windscreen and it arrived bent , can’t use it like that , called them a they said “ I must have bent and they are not taking it back” WOW customer service Not so good. Steve , Houston, Tx
