L3 National Gateway Garage (Atlantic Parking)

Terrible. The fact that the machine relies on internet is unbelievably unreliable. I got stuck trying to get out today because I scanned my ticket, an ”Internet issue” prevents the gate from opening, and when I go to scan my ticket again, it’s now labeled as invalid because the machine perceived it as already checked. THEN when you try and call the help line through the button, NO ONE ANSWERS. Got stuck paying $15 for a lost ticket just to stop holding everyone up. This place sucks.

Worst parking garage. Lane is extremely tight getting in and out of the garage. And the gates never work right. I’ve witnessed so many people get stuck- both using tickets and also the new QR code. People don’t get service in an underground garage, so it doesn’t send.
