I went in to get a lock re-keyed and was already being helped when three other customers arrived after me. Each time someone new came in, the locksmith stopped working on my lock to help them instead. I asked directly if this was going to keep happening and was told yes. At that point I left. Very unprofessional, disorganized, and a complete waste of time. If you value basic fairness and actually being helped once your service starts, I would not recommend this place
