Never felt like a pest control company could scam its clients, they charged for services and never come out to actually service the property but the invoices are sent out when I told them about it they completely stopped answering my calls and emails. Fernando never keeps an appointment schedule I had to take time out from work to make sure my dog is secured for their safety and the guy doesn’t show up on several occasions. Charged me $185 for rat issues told me it’s a one time charge and we check on the baits every month and then third month if we want to confine we pay another $185 but that wasn’t the case they wanted to charge $185 a month for it because Fernando communicated the whole thing wrong to them. Check the text for your own sake. Do yourself a solid and find another company
