We reached out to L&A Masonry after finding a water leak in our upstairs bathroom that flowed through our downstairs kitchen ceiling. Very quickly, they provided a quick consultation visit and quote and began construction soon after. We purchased almost all of the large materials ourselves and had them either delivered to our house or the contractor picked them up for us at Home Depot. The kitchen ceiling was replaced with new recessed lighting installed. The upstairs bathroom was completely remodeled, with the vent rerouted, a pocket door installed, an old radiator removed, a new vanity, new shower, new paint, new toilet, and new flooring. New pipes were replaced as well. We were very happy with how quickly the process went and how beautiful our new bathroom looks. Thanks L&A!

L&A Masonry Home Improvement LLC is a top notch company. They installed a ramp on my house for wheelchair use and just recently put on a new roof. The ramp actually makes the house look better. Obispo was installing the roof were very courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. After the installation, the yard was cleaner than when they started. Not ONE single nail was found anywhere and every item outside was put back where it originally was. I will definitely use them for future work on my house. Unreliable, would not show up when they were scheduled, left dibris all over my basement, including shelves where we store paper goods and kitchen equipment. I paid Luis up front and he never came back to finish attaching the bathroom sink. He has ignored my texts. Not reccomended.

Louis and his crew led by George did a fantastic job rebuilding our deck. The job was quick the craftsmanship was fine and the deck is more solid than it ever was new!
