I felt the need to add my opinion because the negative reviews here surprised me. We've used LA Overhead for the last twenty years. We have two garages---both have been serviced, we've had one motor replaced, remotes replaced, spoken to the person who works in the office numerous times, etc. They've always been polite, professional, and taken care of any issues quickly. In my thirty years as a home owner, I tend to find that "cheapest" isn't necessarily "best."

I had LA Overhead Garage Door out to come out and service my garage door. They were quick, fairly priced, efficient, and friendly. What else would you want from them? The owner came out personally and fixed my door within the day I reached out. I will be a repeat customer and recommend you guys work with them. Negative reviews are inevitable in the service industry, think about how many jobs they have completed in their 30 years of business and then recognize that they only have 22 reviews. There is a disconnect here.

Do not recommend! Sam quoted me $2700 to replace liftmaster motor with a new one, said i needed new springs and that he only was adding 25% to the new motor. none of the math added up. got 2 additional quotes for exact liftmaster model - $1000 and $950. These guys are con artists!

Do not ever use this company!!!!!!! We required routine maintenance, resulted in a $5,000 bill ( onsite estimate was $1700) Despite new Lift master opener, new springs and several roller bearings and system lubrication the door has never worked and had new metal on metal noises from the beginning. We requested a reevaluation and LA overhead only offer was a can of silicone lubricant spray. Many additional request calls were made, a return call was promised but they never even had the courtesy to return the call as promised. We now have a constant Spring noise, noise from multiple bearings and the brand new lift master has been disconnected so we can close the door. Today after 5 months of disappointment we called someone else and it appears all the work LA Overhead performed is defective
