This is the review I sent to Rosa del Monte ⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disorganized, Poor Communication, No Accountability Our experience with Rosa del Monte (Puerto Rico / Philadelphia) was deeply frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. We shipped a pickup truck on October 17 from Puerto Rico. We were quoted $1,800, but upon arrival at the Philadelphia facility, they refused to honor the quoted price and instead demanded $3,000. Only after a lengthy conversation did they finally agree to honor the original quote. This should have been our first warning sign. On November 29, we received a formal letter from Rosa del Monte (receiving destination) stating that the truck was ready for pickup. Not sure why the negative comments and 1 star. In my opinion this place in Philly was awesome. I actually called first to see how much it would cost to mail 17 bins to PR, And I was quoted an “estimated” amount $800. Was cheaper for me to take bins to Philly then having them pick up bins from York, PA. Yeah, communication isn’t all that great but I was very satisfied on how well everything went and sending bins to PR cost almost $1000 and would take 6/8 weeks. I turned over bins on 5/31/24 and bins delivered 7/10/24 with NO issues. Thank you! Very happy customers 😁

I want to thank everyone at the Philly office especially Elio for all his help. I had an amazing experience . Their professionalism can’t be beat. I receive everything and had no issues what so ever. I highly recommend this company. Only use their boxes . You won’t be disappointed as they are super strong .

I scheduled a month in advance to have my belongings shipped from Puerto Rico to Philadelphia, PA. I was informed that in would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. 15 weeks later I still don’t have my things. I paid the services when they picked up my things, now I’m inform that there will be additional money due on delivery. These people are very rude, unprofessional and not customer friendly at all. They make up the prices as they go along They stated they would keep my things if I didn’t pay the additional money due on delivery. When I scheduled the initial pick up I was informed of the amount it would cost and I paid the TOTAL BALANCE due with No additional charges. Now they say there’s more money due on delivery after they were delayed 9 additional weeks. I definitely do not recommend usin

I DO NOT recommend this moving company to anyone. When I cancelled my order with them, I got the biggest run around in getting my deposit back. When I first came to the company, I asked the manager, " if I cancel, will there be a problem or a penalty in getting my money back?" She assured me there would be no problem or penalty in getting my money back. When I cancelled, they ended up charging me 20% of my deposit for services NEVER rendered.
